We’re in the office Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM PDT. You can call us during office hours or reach out through the “Contact Us" page anytime. To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 2 business days!

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is FREE on All orders with NO MINIMUM, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

 

WHEN TO EXPECT MY ORDER?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. If your order is placed after 10 AM PDT, it will be shipped to you the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We typically process orders within 3 business days for all in stock items, then ship them to you via FedEx, UPS and USPS. 

At this time, for our Free Standard Shipping, you can expect all in stock items to arrive within 2-6 business days after the order has been processed.

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
